Farmers’ Garden

A long-standing community garden in Oceanhill, BK, tended to by local residents, invited herbalists, farmers, and designers to help rejuvenate the space. I contributed my expertise in environmental & spatial planning to support with operations of growing of food & herbs.
Our collective goal was to re-activate the garden through education + efficient growing structures to hold growing herbs and produce for the block.
Role:
Analyze environmental conditions to optimize plant growth.
Design spatial plans to maximize garden usability despite space limitations.
Propose multi-functional designs and consider movement and spatial needs.
